The concept arises from my fascination with how music and visuals can alter our perception and evoke powerful emotional responses. Inspired by the unpredictable and often surreal nature of dreams, I aimed to create an animation that takes viewers on a brief yet intense journey.

The vinyl record symbolises the timeless connection between music and memories, while its transformation into a cat's head reflects the whimsical and unexpected elements that frequently appear in our subconscious. This project provided an opportunity to experiment with diverse animation techniques and sound design, resulting in a piece that is both visually and audibly compelling.

Begins with a calm vinyl player scene that evolves into a chaotic, dreamy sequence.
CREATIVE IMAGERY
The vinyl record morphs into a black cat's head, changing in size and roaring, adding a creepy and surreal touch.
MUSIC INTEGRATION
The background score shifts from calm to a pop beat, enhancing the overall viewing experience.
GLITCH EFFECTS
Incorporates glitch transitions that bring the viewer back to the initial serene scene, completing the visual narrative.
