Breaking bad habits is hard because replacing them with healthier behaviours requires consistency over weeks or months. Most people start strong but lose motivation when results aren’t immediate.
Overview
Problem
Young adults struggle with overeating and irregular eating patterns - skipping meals, binge eating, avoiding exercise. Traditional calorie-tracking apps focus on restriction and punishment, which often leads to burnout and abandonment.
Solution
LEAFY takes a different approach: instead of punishing bad habits, it helps users build positive routines through small, achievable goals. The app combines meal tracking, workout plans, and progress visualisation to make healthy habits feel rewarding, not restrictive.
