Polaroid Museum
Unity, 3D Game/Experience
“If you stop and think about it, our lives are built by moments: moments that can change your life, and everyday moments that create your life.” — Polaroid
The concept of the Polaroid Museum draws its inspiration from the essence of a 'darkroom', reflecting the connection between Polaroid instant film and cameras with chemicals and light polarisation. Within the game, players embark on a journey landing on an enigmatic planet enveloped by a crimson sky and scattered sand grains underfoot. Guided by a bridge, they are led to a water pavilion, which serves as the entrance to the museum. This museum comprises five distinct halls, each symbolising pivotal historical changes in the evolution of Polaroid technology. Embracing the principle of 'see the moment, pause the moment, and relive the moment,' the game endeavours to immerse players in a revitalising gaming encounter while prompting them to ponder: What significance does Polaroid hold for you?
